How it works

One fund, one syndicate, one round.

Partner Track, our syndicate, has invested since May 2025. Fund I, our committed fund, is next. Once it is investing, every deal works the same way: the fund takes its full position first, and the syndicate adds capital on top, at the same price and on the same terms.

Why

Why we built it this way.

Early rounds need more than one check.

Founders fill a round from many sources. We fill more of it in one conversation.

Conviction should be able to scale.

A fund can only write the check it sized. The syndicate lets the people who believe in a deal put more behind it.

Investors should get to choose.

Fund LPs own every position. When one company stands out, they can go further through the syndicate.

  1. 01
    Sourced

A partner accelerator or venture firm flags a company, or the founder pitches us directly.

  2. 02
    Filtered

A working product, paying customers, both partners say yes, and we are in before consensus forms.

  3. 03
    The fund commits

16|18 takes its full position first. Decision in days.

  4. 04
    The syndicate joins

Members read the same memo we invested on and choose deal by deal.

  5. 05
    One close

Same price, same terms, one relationship for the founder.

What it means

One model, three sides of the table.

For founders
More of your round, in one conversation.
  • One relationship, not two negotiations
  • A bench of operators who chose your company
For fund LPs
Every position, and the option to go deeper.
  • Every position, taken first
  • Take more of a deal you like through the syndicate
  • Reserves held for the breakouts
For new angels
Start one company at a time.
  • Deal by deal, no fund commitment
  • Our own money is in every deal
